Dealer Agreements Because some dealers are part of or affiliated with larger companies, with whom we have agreements and some dealers may have a large number of apparatus in their inventory we might co-list with them, we will enter into strategic marketing agreements as follows: 1. We will list your apparatus for FREE and only require fees after the apparatus is sold. 2. We will list the apparatus on all appropriate of our nine (9) high profile and high search engine ranking web sites. 3. We send you customers for new apparatus, who are in your territory, while we are also working to get the customer their financing. 4. Our minimum fee for any apparatus sold by us, under $50,000, is $2,500. 5. For apparatus between $50,000 - $100,000, our fees are $3,500. 6. For apparatus over $100,000, our fee is 4% for used apparatus and 3% for new apparatus. 7. We provide low interest and easy term financing for all of your customers for new and used apparatus and we reduce our fees and commissions, if we also finance the apparatus. To receive this special rate, where there is no up front fees required, we wish to have the following agreement with the dealer. 1. We are the primary and preferred financing source for your new and used apparatus. 2. We make the final determination on which apparatus we will list. 3. We will be updated within 24 hours of any apparatus listed with us that you have directly sold and we were not notified of financing (because none was needed) so we can remove the apparatus from the inventory to keep our listing current across all of our nine web sites. If we get an inquiry for a piece of apparatus which is not available because it has been sold and we were not notified, there is a $350 fee per occurrence.
